
Dr. Yair Whiteman
Dr. Yair Whiteman is a prosthodontist, lecturer, and clinical consultant recognized for his dedication to clinical excellence and compassionate, patient-centered care. He specializes in highly esthetic, minimally invasive prosthetic dentistry and advanced restorative implant dentistry, with a focus on creating natural, functional smiles that enhance both oral health and patient confidence.
Dr. Whiteman earned his DMD degree from Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary, and completed his postgraduate specialty training in prosthodontics at Boston University. Throughout his career, he has remained actively involved in patient care, education, lecturing, and dental research. Prior to transitioning to private practice, he served as Associate Clinical Professor and Director of the UCLA Center for Esthetic Dentistry, where he trained dentists in advanced esthetic and restorative techniques.
Outside the practice, Dr. Whiteman shares life with his wife, Dr. Kathryn Preston, a special needs orthodontist whose work has expanded into keynote speaking and corporate leadership strategy consulting. Together, they enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking with their dog Edison, and exploring the quiet beauty of the Arizona desert.
